Questionnaires and summary reports concerning practices of Wisconsin physicians in examination for lower bowel cancer. Summary reports include tabulations of answers to questionnaires, and contain facsimiles of the questionnaires, description of survey method, etc. Questionnaires were distributed to all members of the State Medical Society. Answers from all practicing physicians were tabulated. Files include related correspondence and background material.
